The Vanguard VSD is a fully galvanized converter dolly built to the same corrosion-resistant, long-life standards as Vanguard's 53' vans. At its core is a rigid, single-piece welded I-beam frame—running from the drawbar eye to the rear to eliminate frame flex and add strength—that's hot-dip galvanized in one piece for maximum protection against rust and minimal maintenance. Built in modules for easy repairs, it offers open access to wiring and air-brake components and is counterbalanced for easy hand maneuvering and coupling, available in both single-axle and tandem-axle, triples-rated configurations.
